The company informed the Chicago Community Builders Collective that it is “resetting the pace” of some construction efforts.

The company reassured stakeholders that it intends to fulfill obligations under the Host Community Agreement while addressing the potential "uncontrolled proliferation" of VGTs that could negatively impact its investment.
